About our School
“Everything you need to stay informed and connected.”
At Lower Richland High School in Hopkins, South Carolina, we are committed to equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to thrive in college, careers, and life. Our students benefit from a rigorous academic experience that includes the International Baccalaureate continuum, Advanced Placement courses, Dual Enrollment options, and a nationally recognized STEM program. Through the Arts in Basic Curriculum (ABC) Advancement grant, our commitment to the arts is just as strong, ensuring students grow creatively while excelling academically.
As proud Diamond Hornets, we believe in preparing well-rounded individuals who shine both in and out of the classroom. With a dedicated faculty, strong Career and Technical Education pathways, and consistent recognition for both academic and athletic achievements, we truly embody our motto: “Always Shining and Buzzing with Success.”
